The planned Steps of the Turkish "Plan for the repossession of Cyprus"

Honorable Members of The European Parliament,

Below you may see once more time the proposals of Turks by which Turkey aims to impose a Turkification of Cyprus solution of Cyprus problem. This “solution” is in accordance with since 1956 Turkey´s  “Plan for the repossession of Cyprus”.

Specifically this plan consisted in the following steps:

1.  First. Step: Dichotomy of the capital of Cyprus Nicosia so as in the created Turkish sector to live only Turkish Cypriot. This was achieved in 1958 with the “help”  and acceptance of the at that time colonial English  Cyprus Government (http://www.mfa.gov.cy/mfa/mfa2006.nsf/cyprus01_gr/cyprus01_gr?opendocument ) by forcing (killing, raping, and by the usual Turkish methods) the Greeks living in the area (half of the total population) to leave their houses and  fortune.

2.   Second Step: In 1963 we had the Turkish Rebellion (second attached, page 293) against the Cyprus state in accordance of since 1956 Nihat Erim “Plan for the repossession of Cyprus” .                                                                                                                   

This year Turks occupied the leading from Nicosia to the North road till the foothill of the northern  mountain chain of Cyprus, named  “Pentadaktilos“ (it means Five Fingers Mountain). For this reason and until 1974 (the year of the barbaric Turkish invasion) Greek Cypriot going to Kyrenia (16 miles from Nicosia  coastal Greek city)  had to bypass this occupied road.

3.  Third Step: After the barbaric invasion in 1974,  Turkey occupied in North of Cyprus about 40% of the land of the island.

4.  Fourth  Step. After the occupation of 40% of Cyprus land of which the seashore was  looking at Turkey they forced (killing, raping etc) the living there more than 200000 (two hundred thousand) Greek Cypriots to leave their houses and fortune and to become refugees in their country. They also forced by different ways the before the invasion living in all Cyprus Turkish Cypriots, about 80000 (eighty thousand) to move to the occupied part of Cyprus.

5.   Fifth Step: Since then they proceeded systematically to “import” in the occupied part of Cyprus  illegal Turkish settlers. A lot of the living there Turkish Cypriots (who differ from Turks of Turkey) began also to leave the occupied part of Cyprus. The most of them so as to find abroad a better life. As a consequence the great majority of the living people day in the occupied part of Cyprus are illegal Turkish settlers.  This is the today situation.

6.   Sixth Step (now happening): Turkey wants to impose as a solution of the Cyprus problem the one planned since 1956.

That is to say, not a solution unifying Cyprus in  a Federation, having a Central government controlling all the sea frontiers of Cyprus etc, and allowing each person to stay and work anywhere in Cyprus, according and to EU Acquis .  

Turkey wants to impose  a two state Confederation solution. One Greek Cypriot state  and a second Turkish Cypriot (in reality Turkish) state with a  figurative Central government.

By this solution Turkey will be able to import systematically in their controlled state, via its sea frontiers,  the needed number of illegal Turk settlers who will spread gradually in all Cyprus so as to Turkify it. Something similar with what Turks have done in Alexandretta, in the islands of Imbros and Tenedos and in the whole Minor Asia and Constantinople (Istanbul) too.

This was too the ANAN Plan solution which Sultan Erdogan “proudly says that he accepted it.

It is obvious that Greek Cypriots will never accept by their will such a solution annihilating them. Everybody Knows how these barbarians diachronically act.

The Turkish Cypriots propose "two constituent states"

Dervis Eroglu presented the views of Turkish Cypriots on the governance and allocation of powers in dialogue to resolve the Cyprus problem, the key feature is the "two counts of sovereign states, rather than a sovereign federal state.

A report in Sunday's Turkish Cypriot "Kipris" the Turkish Cypriot leader, argues that the "united Cyprus would gain sovereignty and an international legal personality (but not a single rule). But more importantly, insertion position is that "sovereign states are the constituent.

The Eroglu proposed further expanding the rights of the guarantor powers, namely Turkey, Greece and England to come under the guarantee of the whole territory of Cyprus. Also, the Turkish Cypriot position is to the constituent states may conclude agreements with other states, without the transfer to the federal government.

Dissolution of the agreement, none of the constituent states would be represented by only his''cooperation'', ie the federal government, according to the positions of Mr Eroglu. Moreover, the adviser of the Turkish Cypriot leader Kountret Ozersai said that the Turkish Cypriot side to maintain the direct guarantee is "a sine qua non condition.

It also expresses the view that after the meeting in Geneva will be held multilateral conference to discuss the issue of guarantees.

In an interview with Kathimerini Cyprus closer associate of Mr Eroglu argues that to achieve a positive outcome to the negotiations, we should try new tactics, "otherwise there is a risk to continue to negotiate for the next 40 years" .
